This policy explains what OpScale LLC ("OpScale", "we") collects when you visit hireopscale.com, contact us, book a call, talk to our chat or voice assistant, or apply to work with us; who receives it; how long we keep it; and the choices you have.
It does not cover the data we process for a client inside an engagement. That processing is governed by the client's Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement with OpScale, where the client decides what is processed and why, and OpScale acts on its instructions. If you are a client's customer and have a question about your data, the client is the right first contact; we help them answer.
1. Who we are
OpScale LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, United States. For anything in this policy write to info@hireopscale.com.
2. What we collect, and where it comes from

Storage on your device that does not need consent because the site needs it to work: your light or dark theme choice, an unsent draft of the application form, your cookie choice itself, and the anti-bot check that protects our forms.
3. What we use it for
- To answer you, schedule and hold the call you booked, and follow up on your request.
- To run the chat and voice assistants and improve how they answer.
- To understand how the site is used, only if you allow analytics.
- To protect the site and our systems from abuse, and to keep records the law requires.
- To consider your application, under the applicant notice.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train AI models, and our model providers are configured not to train on it.
4. Who receives it
Service providers that act on our instructions: the hosting of this site, the model behind the chat assistant, the voice provider, the email service that sends our replies, the form and scheduling tools, and analytics if you allow it. The current list, with what each one receives, is published at /subprocessorsand kept up to date. Beyond that list we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Cookies, analytics and your choice
The site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 is the only analytics tool, and it is off until you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner. "Only what is needed" keeps it off; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a decline and do not show the banner. Your choice is stored on your device and asked again if what we collect changes.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, have it corrected or deleted, or object to a use. Write to info@hireopscale.com; we will confirm who you are and answer within 45 days. We do not treat you differently for exercising a right.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law: we do not sell or share personal information, we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what the service you asked for needs, and the rights above are available to you. If you are in Colombia and applied to work with us, the rights under Ley 1581 (knowing, updating, correcting and deleting your data, and revoking consent) are described in the applicant notice. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interest in answering you for everything else, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
Connections to this site are encrypted in transit, access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to answer you, and what we do and do not do to protect client data is described plainly at /security. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of an incident affecting your information we will tell you as the law and our agreements require.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Where it is processed
We operate from the United States, and our team includes contractors in Colombia. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States and protected as described here.
11. Changes
When this policy changes we update the version and date at the top. A change to what we collect through cookies asks for your choice again.
